As soon as we are engaged, you will work with a dedicated project manager who will put forward clear outcomes and scope of works plans. The project manager will work with you from the kick off of the project to the handover phase. Post the project completion, you will complete a project delivery survey and only when you sign off the project, do we close it.

We provide concise reports and progress updates to ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date on a project’s status. Your dedicated project manager will also facilitate ongoing meetings and teleconference to communicate any updates or potential risks in the project.
