Products purchased from Muttii.com, LLC may be returned for a refund only if cancelled within the following refund period of this policy. Certain products have different policies or requirements associated with a refund, including certain products that may not be returned under any circumstances. Please see our refund terms and conditions below for refund terms applicable to such products.

The “transaction date” refers to the date on which a product or service is purchased, including any renewal processed by Muttii.com, LLC under the terms and conditions outlined in the respective product or service agreement.

You can cancel any item or service at your will; however, the refunds and returns process can be applicable only if an intention is expressed within the period agreed upon for the refunding process of that specific item or service, as stated in the pertinent contract. Note that not all the items or services may allow one to get a refund back.

No Refund After Account Closure. A refund will only be processed and honoured if the request is done before your account closes. You automatically lose all ability to receive easy refunds for Muttii customers once your account is closed. Nothing further will be processed under this policy after your account has been closed.

Brazilian Customers:

Products or services purchased from Muttii can be returned only if they are cancelled within seven (7) days from the date of the sale.

EU & UK Consumers:

YOU HAVE A STATUTORY RIGHT TO CANCEL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE CONTRACT. MUTTII IS ALLOWED, HOWEVER, TO CHARGE FOR REASONABLE SERVICES PROVIDED UP TO THE DATE OF CANCELLATION. IN OTHER WORDS, A FULL OR PARTIAL REFUND IS NOT APPLICABLE IN ALL CASES.

This muttii customer refund policy shall not apply to the “products with special refund terms” where full refunds may be given, as applicable. This Policy Does Not Remove or Otherwise Affect Your Statutory Rights.

Standard Refund Conditions

Annual Plans Within 30 days of the date of the transaction.

Monthly Plans*+ – Within 48 hours of the date of the transaction.

* Monthly plans encompass all plans that are less than a 1-year term (6 mos., 9 mos., etc.).

+Security products with the remediation service cannot be refunded after a clean-up Muttii refund request process.

Ad Spend

SEV Premium: Ad spending and search marketing fees are nonrefundable for the current month as per our online refund policy details. As per our Muttii payment reversal policy, you may refund future prepaid months and future months’ additional ad spend and search marketing fees.

Assisted Service

Refundable after the first three months.

Auction Featured Listings

Refundable during the first 24 hours in case of no bids.

1. Pre-Registrations

  When an expert service has been done, then it cannot be refunded (if not yet done, it is refundable within 30 days from the date of the transaction).
  
  Get Started Service
  
  When a Get Started Service has been done, then it cannot be refunded (if not yet done, refundable within 30 days from the date of the transaction).
  
  Muttii Airo Plus
  
  Annual subscriptions are returnable within the first 14 days.
  
  Muttii IT Services
  
  If IT service has already been done, then it is non-returnable (if not yet done, returnable within 30 days of the date of the transaction).

   

  • Annual Subscriptions: Non-returnable
  • Monthly Subscriptions: If one or more request(s) have already been completed during the billing period, your monthly subscription is non-returnable.

Hosting Services

If the hosting service has already been done, it cannot be returned (if it hasn’t been done, it is returnable within 30 days from the date of the transaction).

Microsoft M365 and Email Products

For Microsoft M365 products, an annual plan can be returned within the first 7 days (standard refund terms apply to monthly plans).

Advanced email security, email archiving, and email backup will have the standard refund terms.

Purchased Product w/ Free Domain

If the product ordered includes a free domain name, then if you cancel the product ordered, we’ll subtract the list price associated with the domain name from your refund (the list price is the price for the domain name listed on Muttii’s website and is not subject to any promotion, discount, or other reduction in price).

Services

Website Services: 

Build Fee: 30% cancellation fee if in progress, 70% cancellation fee if the design for the website is completed for review. Non-refundable after completion of the first revision or after 30 days from the date of the transaction. After the start of performance, the design for web service shall be treated as complete and shall not be refundable 180 days after the date of the transaction.

Hosting: Eligible for a refund as defined in the “Standard Refund Terms” above.

Logo Design: 40% cancellation fee when in process, non-refundable when artwork is delivered or after 30 days of the date of the transaction.

Website Makeover Services:

30% cancellation fee when in process, 70% cancellation fee when site design is delivered for review, non-refundable when complete.

Website Care and Marketing Services: 

If you buy website care or marketing services and the plan has been used during the billing period, your subscription will be non-refundable.

Marketing Services Premium:

In addition to the marketing services being included in a bundle with website design services, marketing services will be considered closed and ineligible for a refund if there is no customer contact within 6 weeks.

Webcare and Marketing Services usage will either be considered complete based on GoDaddy’s fulfilment of 1 or more requests or, if the service plan is bundled with a Website Design Service, the site design will be delivered.

You may request a refund of your usage fee if no usage of the Website Care or Marketing Services plan has occurred, subject to the “Standard Refund Terms” stated above.

SEO Services

SEO Services is a 12-month contract. For you to achieve the maximum benefits, you are obliged to make use of the services during the 12-month contract period. All SEO services plans can be cancelled within 48 hours from the date of the transaction and refunded to your original payment method, with a full refund for all months remaining in your committed term. No refund will be made for prior months.

You agree to pay for the current month of SEO services if you sign up for a monthly subscription and cancel more than 48 hours after the date of the transaction, but Muttii will not bill you for any future months. The price of the current or past months will not be refunded to you. 

If you agree to pay for your current month of SEO services, Muttii shall refund 50% pro-rated for any unused months back to your original method of payment if you purchase any six-month or yearly term and cancel more than 48 hours after the date of a transaction.

Sitelock 911

You have up to 30 days from the transaction date only if you haven’t used the product that you requested for a full or partial refund.

Social Media Management

You are at any given point allowed to cancel social media management, and you will not get any further monthly charges. As for your present and prior months, you will not receive a refund because the company has already rendered its services. If you cancel your social media management and get a refund within 48 hours of signing up or renewing, you will receive a full refund for that month of service. However, if you cancel Social Media Management after 48 hours, you will be billed for that month, but you will not be charged for future months.

Trustee Fees

The trustee fees can be refunded in case the domain does not register. Trustee fees, however, cannot be refunded during renewal.

Websites + Marketing (Websites and Marketing)

Annual plans for Websites + Marketing can be refunded within the first 7 days (standard refund terms for monthly plans).

Website Migration Services

Your fee will be non-refundable if a website migration service has been executed. However, you will claim a refund if, within 30 days of the date of the transaction, migration is not initiated.

Website Security

Hassle-Free Refunds are available only within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be given only in cases where the manual malware removal was not completed.

WordPress Premium Support

This happens after the cancellation of the plan is made before the end of its billing cycle, and no credits will have been used. During any month in which a service is already performed, that month then is non-refundable; if not yet performed, it is eligible for return within 30 days after the date of the transaction. You can get a refund of all the unused months of the services upon the cancellation of your plan on prepayment.
