Microsoft Azure Plan is a new commerce experience in Partner Center that provides partners access to Azure services at pay-as-you-go rates for customers under the Microsoft Customer Agreement. Within this new commerce experience for Azure, Microsoft has aligned to a single global pricing principle enabling CSP partners to offer Azure at the published prices. Azure Cost Management Azure Plan subscriptions include access to a full set of cloud cost management capabilities, enabling businesses to take advantage of tools that provide more value from of the cloud, and to implement financial governance in the organization. You can monitor cloud spending by tracking resource usage and manage costs across all your clouds with a single, unified view, and access rich operational and financial insights to make informed decisions. For increased organizational accountability, implement governance policies for effective enterprise cloud cost management, and increase accountability with budgets, cost allocation, and chargebacks. Get optimized cloud efficiency and improve the return on your cloud investment by using continuous cost optimization and industry best practices. Manage your Azure and AWS spending from a single location. And finally, get insights based on data from both clouds to simplify your cost management processes. Azure Lighthouse Azure Lighthouse secures managed services and access control for partners and customers. Lighthouse helps partners stay in control of their Azure environments, enabling them to gain full transparency into service provider actions and manage access across all clouds without compromising security. With Lighthouse you can limit access to your resources with role-based access control (RBAC), a granular access management system. Control permissions, including who has access, what actions they can take, and what areas they have access to. RBAC in Azure allows service providers to work autonomously while keeping your systems secure. Provide time- and approval-based role activation to service providers with Privileged Identity Management (PIM), a service of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD). For jobs that fall outside the parameters of RBAC roles built into Azure, PIM further mitigates risk by assigning providers the exact level of access needed, per resource, for the exact amount of time needed to complete a task. You can stay informed and ensure transparency across all service provider actions with on-demand auditing and activity logs. Take the uncertainty out of guest access with real-time insights about who accessed which resources when, and what actions they took. Incentives and Rebates With Azure Plan, you can take advantage of incentives and rebate opportunities that can help you grow your business through streamlined opportunities for driving Azure consumption. The Microsoft Commerce Incentive program rewards Cloud Solution Providers who make a direct impact in delivering value-added services and influence the Azure environments of their customers. Partners can earn 4% on Azure Plan subscriptions and 10% on Reserved Instances. To qualify, each partner must have an active MPN membership and a signed Microsoft Customer Agreement. You must be enrolled in the Microsoft Commerce Incentive Program in Partner Center, have an active Gold membership in the Cloud Performance Competency, and have their tax and banking information entered into their Partner Center and validated by Microsoft.
