Microsoft Common Data Service Database Capacity for Education is an add-on that provides additional capacity to the tenant for each Power Apps per user, Power Apps per app, Power Automate per user, and Power Automate per flow plan license. Please note that Common Data Service (CDS) products are currently marketed by Microsoft as DataVerse.
Common Data Service capacity is pooled across the tenant and shared amongst relevant application workloads. Subscription add-ons apply across tenant and are not tied to a specific user. Subscription add-ons can be purchased at any time and remain a part of the subscription for the remainder of the subscription term.
