Microsoft Project Online Essentials (Nonprofit Staff Pricing) is an add-on package that adds team member functionality to Microsoft Project Plan 3 or Plan 5. Project Online Essentials gives team members a web interface to perform task and time updates in Project Online and enables the following Project Online functions: Use a web-based interface Update tasks, issues, and risks Submit timesheets Share documents and collaborate with Microsoft Teams users Project Online Essentials makes it easy for team members to manage time and task obligations, like entering hours, adding to-do items, and assigning tasks to other team members, all in one intuitive form. It enables team members to store project documents on a central site, view project updates, and more, so everyone can stay on the same page. With Project Online Essentials, it’s easy to add issues and risks to specific project tasks to quickly identify and mitigate problems. Together with one of the base packages, Project Online Essentials provides just the right number of tools to do the job at an affordable price. NOTE: Customers ordering products designated for nonprofit organizations through the CSP program must first establish a tenant with Microsoft. Nonprofit customers who have not already done so are required to go through a quick registration process at www.microsoft/nonprofit. Once they are approved, they will be assigned a nonprofit tenant and will be eligible to purchase nonprofit designated products.
