Microsoft Power BI Premium P1 provides the tenant with 8 v-cores and 25 GB of RAM.
Microsoft Power BI Premium enables more users in your organization to get the most out of Power BI with better performance and responsiveness. Power BI Premium is a tenant-level Microsoft 365 subscription with P SKUs (P1-P5) for embedding and enterprise features, requiring a monthly or yearly commitment, billed monthly, and includes a license to install Power BI Report Server on-premises.
Power BI Premium subscriptions are purchased by administrators in the Microsoft 365 admin center. Specifically, only Global administrators or Billing Administrators can purchase SKUs. When purchased, the tenant receives a corresponding number of v-cores to assign to capacities, known as v-core pooling. Purchasing a P1 SKU provides the tenant with 8 v-cores and 25 GB of RAM.
NOTE: Customers ordering products designated for nonprofit organizations through the CSP program must first establish a tenant with Microsoft. Nonprofit customers who have not already done so are required to go through a quick registration process at
www.microsoft/nonprofit. Once they are approved, they will be assigned a nonprofit tenant and will be eligible to purchase nonprofit designated products.
