Helpline

Ethics and Compliance Helpline

The Muttii Ethics and Compliance Helpline is available 24/7 for employees, customers, partners, and suppliers to seek guidance or report concerns. Use this resource to address issues such as bribery, fraud, harassment, discrimination, or violations of company policies or laws.

Muttii team members can also report concerns to their manager, People Success, or the Ethics and Compliance team. Your proactive action helps uphold Muttii’s commitment to integrity and ethical conduct.

By law in the European Union, in some circumstances you can report reasonable suspicions of unlawful conduct to an external agency. Please follow this link to learn more about those agencies.

Investigation Process​

Investigation Process

Muttii design investigation process to address all reports of ethical or compliance concerns thoroughly, confidentially, and with dignity. The company’s Ethics and Compliance Helpline is open 24 hours a day to employees, clients, suppliers, and other business partners. Anyone can report fraud, discrimination, harassment, corruption, or any behaviour that can potentially contravene laws or company policies. Team members can submit reports through the management chain or People Success. We carefully review every report. If needed, we conduct an unbiased investigation to ensure fairness and uphold integrity at every step. In other instances, people from the European Union, under the requirements of the law, can submit their concerns to certain bodies outside. We maintain an open workplace built on respect and accountability.

We provide a platform where everyone can raise a complaint concerning ethical or compliance issues without fear of retaliation. Also, we do not allow to mistreat anyone if concern is raised by anyone with good faith. We ensure protection and value for every voice, which means they should be able to communicate it with confidence and a positive mind that they will get valued.

Anti-Corruption

Anti-Corruption Policy

As a matter of policy, all Muttii employees and third parties that perform services for Muttii are expected to comply with the following anti-corruption initiatives:

  • The U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), which prohibits offering a bribe, directly or indirectly, to a non-U.S. government official or a family member of a non-U.S. government official in order to obtain or retain business or to otherwise secure an improper advantage over a competitor.
  • The U.K. Bribery Act, which creates four offences: giving, promising, or offering a bribe; requesting, agreeing to receive, or accepting a bribe; bribing a foreign public official; and corporate failure to prevent bribery.
  • The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business

Anti-Corruption Training

Muttii employees with significant involvement in sales transactions and/or maintaining accurate books and records, as well as designated third parties, are required to take Muttii’s online anti-corruption training course on a periodic basis. Violations of the policy may result in discipline, up to and including termination of employment or the existing business relationship with Muttii. Suspected violations can be submitted through the Muttii Ethics and Compliance Helpline.
