Knowledge Base
The knowledge base model in Muttii Robotic Process Automation is a machine
learning model that uses structured data to answer questions.
How it works
The user must structure the data in a spreadsheet with the xlsx extension.A knowledge base model can return the approximate best answer for given text input. Knowledge Base models integrate with Chatbots and IVRs, but knowledge base model usage can apply to any automation that must return the best answer given user input, such as emails and support tickets.
